   • Name, email, phone, event date, venue, budget range, musical preferences.
   • IP address & browser info via Google Analytics / Meta Pixel.

2. How we use it
   • To prepare an accurate quote and check artist availability.
   • To send you relevant updates about your enquiry (max 3 follow-ups).
   • To fulfil any contract if you proceed with a booking.
   • To improve our website and advertising.

3. Legal basis
   • Legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry).
   • Contract (if you book).
   • Consent (for any marketing emails beyond the quote).

4. Sharing & retention
   • We only share data with artists/staff who need it to service your event.
   • Data is stored securely (password-protected CRM, SSL encryption).
   • Enquiry data is deleted after 24 months unless you become a client; client records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.

5. Your rights
   You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing info@zoneinmusic.com.
